Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

1. Eligible Claims

A replacement or refund may be requested only if:

• The product was delivered damaged.

• The product is defective.

• An incorrect product was delivered.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing coforest25@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if the product has been opened or used.

1. Verification and Replacement

All requests are subject to verification. Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

1. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be communicated by our support team.

The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
