Cancellation:

- You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Return/Refunds:

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

- If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at coforest25@gmail.com

- Upon verification, we will either issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
